Yo why you gotta be trippin' on me?
Well three exams down, only 2 more miserable ones to go!
I went in for my exam today all psyched up.
I bought myself two, not one but TWO new pens and a bottle a of Snapple (Raspberry Cranberry).
So I sat down to do my paper when suddenly I had an urge.
An urge to visit the little girl's room.
It was a pretty strong urge.
So I asked to go out and in my eagerness to waste as little time as possible, I run up the staircase of the lecture theatre, one (lovely, long) leg in front of the other.....aaaaaand I trip.
Gracefully.
(Of course!)
Twice. Not once but TWICE.
Imagine a huge lecture theatre, deathly silent and suddenly -
THUNK. -scramble- THUNK.
"Fuck."
(I'm hoping everyone was too busy concentrating on their papers to notice that I tripped. But I DID hear a couple of sniggers...from the invigilators. Assholes.)
Also since I finished my paper 5 minutes earlier, I made some interesting albeit slightly odd observations-
Yea baby yea! Keep those roses coming!

- There's always the guy whom you think is cute, until you suddenly realise he's had a smile plastered on his face throughout the exam. Not an nice sexy, flirty one...a psycho smile.What gives? He's smiling to HIMSELF. No one enjoys an exam that much (well *pfft* if he was smiling at me, that would be an enitrely different story.) Not cute anymore. The search continues.
- There's always the slacker who enters 10 minutes late, gets his paper, stares at it, zones out and leaves the exam hall 10 minutes later.
- There's always an invigilator with terrible B.O. And he makes it a point to walk past you at least 58 times.
- There's always the girl who looks like she's having a meltdown.
In other news, my eye is still red.
I still feel incredibly unattractive, as a result.
Oh, also, my lovely friend Arpeeta is landing here tomorrow. I am SOOOO excited!
(Mostly coz Dev has sent many episodes of 'Battlestar Galactica' through her, for me to watch. Hehe Thanks Dev!)

saurabh - alas! i have outgrown those striped pants...er length wise (OF COURSE) oh i am studying mate..but its odd, during the times you're most bogged down with work, you also get inspired to blog (an no, blog is not code for 'watch porn')

Seeing that pic only reminded me of the times i used to see you girls in hindi school..and also MY 4 years in that school! Hindi school was the BEST, wasnt it mahi? lol.
About exams and invigilators, well from my experience, polytechnic exams were the best!! Why? Because, we used to literally exchange answer papers with our classmates, talk to them, manage to whisper to them clearly even if they are sitting two seats away, and seriously have a ball during exams! I mean it! hehe.
And weird things my frens used to do. Once this fren got SO fed up cos' the teacher had set a damn tough paper, that she wrote on her answere script,"This paper is too tough!! Happy chinese new year!!"

btw, enjoy battlestar galatica...i know i know, i couldnt have thought of a more GEEKIER SCI FI name for a tv show, but this show is anything BUT sci fi. a really top show...i recommend it to anyone that likes a good human drama, with action, romance, humour etc.
i expect a blog on how much u love the show! btw, we passed that very SAME car in your photo last night and thought of u!

You know, I've had similar observations....n knowing how clumsy I am, I'm pretty sure I've tripped on myself a couple times...not just that, but also dropped pens n papers...asking ppl infront of me to be kind enough to pass them back to me! yeah... I was such a pain in the ass...and always wondered if ppl actually paid any heed to my gaucheness (with the elegance of a lady, of course);)!

kay - well as you can guess from arpeeta's embarassed look, i dragged her to the kiddy car and made her go 'vroom vroom' while i kept a lookout for the enemies. some people just CANT play along! i didn't let the laughter of passers-by stop us (me).
